Meet Pat

Dr. Pat Spearman served in the U.S. Army for 29.5 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. In 2017, Spearman earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on Renewable Energy. Currently, she is a State Senator (D-NV) in North Las Vegas' District 1 and holds positions, including Co-Majority Whip; Chair of Health and Human Services Committee; Vice Chair of Commerce, Labor, and Energy Committee (Chair of Energy Subcommittee); and Member of the Education Committee. Dr. Pat Spearman is also a Government Relations Advisor of the Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce, an ordained minister, and a national speaker and advocate for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment and more renewable energy advancements after successful passage of her own legislation in Nevada."

Elected in 2012 and re-elected in 2016 with landslide victories, Pat Spearman is the Senator for Nevada’s 1st Senate District, which represents North Las Vegas.
